Easy to make appointment. Reception staff was welcoming and made check in easy. The massage therapist was excellent.

I loved the massage. It was methodical but flowed beautifully. She was very pleasant.

I do like Elizabeth for the facial, it is always good. As for the receptionist, every time I call they are new and really don't know anything. I have called twice to cancel my membership and have been told that the manager will call me, and I have not had a call yet.

My therapist Maria took out many knots I didn't even know i had. I am already sleeping better and feeling more relaxed. I will definitely be back.

I love Joan. She is very friendly and she always applies just the right amount of pressure, even to the areas where I have a lot of tension and/or soreness. This last time I caught myself snoring it felt so good. thats rare for me. I highly recommend this therapist.

Overall very good experience. Massage eased my aches and I felt better afterwards. Massage was supposed to have been 50 minutes. I'm pretty sure it was cut a little bit short.

Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to provide with a great facial experience. I feel the increase in monthly cost went up and I was not notified ahead of time.
