Location is convenient and clean. My massage therapist, Elena, is friendly and highly skilled. She accommodated my special needs related to vertigo, as well as provided an excellent service.

This was such a professional and enjoyable experience. The therapist was outstanding. Encouraged me to return to keep up with this self care given my profession. I hope to do that!

Although I originally am a member at Franklin Lakes, I prefer the Wayne location because of the massage therapists there. It is all about the quality of the massage therapists so as long as there are good ones I will remain a member. The service is great.

Very few issues when checking in and waiting for my message. The check out process at times is slow when payment needs to be made and apparently it’s because of the computer system
