There was a problem when I first came to salon but receptionist was very apologetic & was able to change my appointment which was very enjoyable with Cari

The massage therapist was excellent she knew exactly what she was doing. The Wayne facility is extremely sanitary and I can’t wait to go back

The masseuse was super friendly and when I told him that my right shoulder and neck were problems he worked on it SO AMAZINGLY WELL, that I have no pain today and I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks.

My massage therapist Kari is the absolute best! She really listens to your concerns and uses the 50 minutes to the fullest. She is a true professional and I am looking forward to booking my 80 minute massage next time!!

Jorge is absolutely fabulous! I've been seeing him since I started my membership a few years ago. Selfishly, I don't want to recommend him TOO much so that he has the time to see me! He is very knowledgeable, has a relaxing flow and rhythm to his massage that is incredibly soothing and relaxing, while still administering the sometimes intense, localized treatment that I need. He uses modalities of sports massage and more recently, lymphatic massage, which continue to help me keep my fibromyalgia flares under control. As far as the whole Hand and Stone experience - I have been to competitive companies and none compare to Hand and Stone. This location always has friendly staff, who deliver the best customer service. I've been witness to some clients expressing frustration and was impressed with the level-headed, deescalation of the situations by the front desk. I also love the text reminders! It helps keep me accountable and on-time for my appointments. I work a regular, nine to five job, and having appointments readily available after-work hours has helped keep me a client for all these years. Keep doing what you are doing!
