Felt very welcome as soon as I walked in. Therapist made sure that she knew my problem areas and made sure that she addressed those areas.

The reception area is clean and the front desk staff is professional and thorough. My therapist, George, asks me my level of pressure, if there are any target body points to focus on during my session, or if I had any needs/concerns during our session. This is consistent with each visit to Hand & Stone

The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. This location, specifically, has never disappointed me at all. I enjoy coming and getting a facial or a peel. It's always a very good experience for me.

The massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel relaxed. She didn't try to force me to buy anything extra. The receptionist was very nice as was the girl at checkout. I will definitely be back.
