Was assigned a new masseuse after a 7 month absence. She was very attentive to my trouble areas.

Very thorough and relaxing

Isbelle was great. She took time to explain what she was doing and made me feel comfortable.

This was the first time in years I could get an 80 minute massage and get an appointment the same day. I had switched over to Franklin Lakes because they could never accommodate me pre-Covid.

When I come to Hand and Stone. I feel like a new person. My aches are totally relieved. And I’m throughly happy with my massage always with George. So professional and a great person 😊

I had someone that was available because the person I asked for was not in. Angela is who they gave me and she was friendly and very professional. Booked another appointment with her.

Pretty satisfied, my appoint was slightly cut short about 10minutes but other than that it was very good and always will keep coming back!

I loved the way I was able to book the appointment around by schedule. All staff at the spa were very knowledgeable and friendly. When I went in, I was so confused and had a lot of questions. By the time I got out, I knew exactly what’s best for my skin! I wasn’t sure about the membership, but the way my facial skin feels and glows, I have decided to continue my membership for as long as I can lol! If you ever go to the Wayne location, reach out to Amanda and Erica. They will make sure you will get the best experience at the spa! I loved my experience!

The receptionists were so friendly and took their times explaining everything including services and memberships. My esthetician was so sweet and took her time with my service. I’m definitely coming back and I got my membership started. Keep up the great work
