I am been a member of Hand and Stone for over 3 years and Lara has been doing my facials for that long as well. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time when preforming my treatment. I would highly recommend her.

Everything was great and as expected. Especially during these times the importance of communication and clarity are important and this was effective during this visit. Two other comments, 1) The feeling of the sheets this time made me curious how frequently they are changed between sessions previously. They felt particularly crisp and clean. Something I've honestly questioned in the past. 2) I've been struggling to get clarity on what benefit I'll receive for not freezing my account during covid lockdowns. I feel I should be getting 2 sessions based on communications but no one had confirmed if that is true or how it can be redeemed. Other than those comments, the staff is overall wonderful, kind, considerate and I look forward to my next session.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The place is very clean. I have never had any problems booking my appointments. They are very accommodating.

I was very satisfied with my recent visit to Hand and Stone in Wayne. I waited in my car and received a text when my service provider was ready for me. Everything was super clean as usual, and I never came into contact with anyone other than the receptionist and my service provider.

The front desk staff is courteous and friendly at this location. Also, Lara, is the most knowledgeable, friendliest, and kind hearted person at your location. I will continue to go to hand and stone because a staff member with such regard for her clients makes you want to return!

The massage therapist, Beth is gifted! Her knowledge insofar as the physiology aspect of my massage was very helpful. She is indeed an asset to your establishment! Kudos!
