Hand and Stone

I am usually very satisfied with my massage at Hand and Stone, but this time my therapist, Maria went above and beyond to accommodate specific positioning requests due to a recent illness. She was thoughtful and made sure that I was comfortable.

I've been seeing the same masseuse for several sessions, and she is aware of my trouble spots and does her usual best to get me in a more relaxed state. She's frequently asking me if the amount of pressure she is using is to light or to hard. I always leave the place feeling 100% better.

The receptionist was very nice and polite. We were a few mins late and she reassured us it was okay. My massage therapist was so friendly and very informative.

The ease of making an appointment and the fact that I was able to get one at the time and date I needed. The esthetician is highly knowledgeable and took a lot of time to address my questions and make suggestions to improve my skin. The value is very good and this particular location is convenient to my home.

Joan is amazing , friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Only feedback I can give is during my massage it was loud outside the room .

First and foremost, Joani is one of the best, most intuitive masseuses I have ever met. She is knowledgeable, professional and listens to her client’s concerns with a keen understanding.
