Received an email with available appointments for the week. Easy to book on-line and massage was great! Front desk staff greeted me on arrival and check out was seamless.

Was very happy with all the booking services to the pleasant masque.Neymar was just great always checked in to make sure I was as ok

i choose a facility that employs a massage therapist I value. I ONLY book with Erika in Wayne. If she were to leave I would have to try another but would be very disappointed. Please give her many incemnntives to remain as an employee.....she us the reason i come.

Has shoulder pain from a fall. Jorge was awesome!

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The massage therapist was very good. I was very happy with my experience at hand & Stone.

AsI stated in my previous comment, the price increase and the condition of the Wayne facility are not congruent. Even though it will not be easy to find a massage therapist like Neyda, I would strongly consider becoming a member of a different Spa if the price was right.

I love Neyda, she is phenomenal. Receptionists are very friendly. The waiting area can use an update. Some of the other hand and stone locations are much nicer

Highly satisfied with Erika service & professionalism. Erika targets my key points on my shoulders & my lower back + on every visit. But not too happy with increase in prices, Members should be given a free upgrade every month. An incentive for price increases & for being loyal for continuing our memberships. This would be greatly appreciated.
