I was highly satisfied with my experience because I felt welcomed, valued, and appreciated for being a member. I am always highly satisfied with my esthetician, Grace. Any concerns I have with my skin, she takes out the time to assess it and talk me through the process and procedures that will be taking place.

I come in biweekly and am thankful for my therapist. She is great and I really like the staff. They are awesome.

Appt was 20 min late. However my massage therapist was very nice. She was very professional about it. However no one told me. I was confused in the waiting room.
