Grace is wonderful!

The minute I walked into Hand and Stone, I was greeted immediately and the receptionist was very nice and friendly. I did not have a long waiting time in the lobby, which is a plus.

The receptionists were very friendly and caring. They took their time and made sure I had my account updated and made the check in and out process smooth. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

My therapist was extremely helpful and she was pleasant.

therapist was great doing exactly what I wanted. I will definitely request her again. Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming.

Took me awhile to find the right therapist. But finally found one that works on problems I didn’t even know I had. I had a pacemaker implanted in April and wasn’t able to use my arm for 3-4 mths. He’s gotten my arm and rotation back to the way it used to be which I thought was impossible.

Crystal knew exactly what she was doing. Pleasant, polite and caring therapist! I want the same therapist when I return in December.

Clean facility. Great Massage therapist. No wait time. on schedule.

Friendly staff. The facilities were very clean. The therapist did an amazing job.

I have been a member for many years and I have consistently used grace for facials. Grace is always professional and very attentive to my needs and areas of concern. I come back each month to see Grace-I hope she never leaves Hand and Stone!
