Staff very very pleasant. Staff were knowledgeable. Service was enjoyable.

Sierra was a new aesthetician for me because Grace was booked up. I liked the change up a bit because she offered CBD products plus LED light and it was cheaper than what I had been paying. So I felt I got more bang for my buck! I liked Sierra's technique on my face and her massage capabilities.

Had trouble getting through by phone or messages responded too, ended up making in person appointments. Local manager is aware and looking into phone issues.

I have sensitive skin and the esthetic is went over the products she was using and what I could expect. Grace was awesome

My mom gets regular massages from hand and Stone. She invited me to go with her as a mother-daughter date and we both left refreshed. My masseuse, Noel, helped me feel comfortable and well rested.

Belinda is an excellent massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to address my lower back issues and relieve my pain.

Upon entering the Hand & Stone Spa I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. The aesthetician that did my facial was very interested in what I wanted to get out of my experience.
