The professionalism shown by Janiya was superb. She was thorough and made the appointment calm and soothing. I believe she really enjoys her work. On another note, the amount of money that was spent was a bit pricey. I went in for a classic facial and was offered another service in which I agreed to have in addition to a lip waxing. The reason I stated that is was pricey is because, I received an email for a facial for $79 with a $10 discount which would have made it $69. Well, after it was all over, my appointment fee was $150. When I questioned the receptionist, she stated the special did not apply to me, even though I received a personal email. So, though she discounted me the $10, it was not what I was expecting to pay. I felt that I should have received the special pricing then add the additional services rendered. Though Janiya made my facial experience special and nice, I left out of the spa feeling uneasy about the $150 I spent. I do not like having that feeling of uneasiness after a purchase.

My therapist was knowledgeable and pleasant. The room was comfortable. I did not wait at all.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because everyone was very friendly to me. I felt at peace and relaxed during my massage. I only wish I wasn't late so the massage could have been longer.
