Hand and Stone

It's always easy on most occasions to reach a rep by phone. When I have to leave a message, the call is typically returned quickly. It can be hard to get apointments around my preferences at times, but I guess that means business is good! The massage has always been a good value for the money. The gift cards are usuall a great deal.

First ever professional massage so it was a new experience. The therapist helped me understand how she was helping my issues and the techniques used to help.

I will be out of the Columbia for 6 months and will only return in late October. I asked to cancel my membership because I do not want to accrue paid appointments. I have been with Hand and Stone for many years and am appreciative of the care taken. Special kudos to Rachael and Grace.

Although I had to refill the form in person, since it did not register online the third time I tried, my wait time for my appointment was immediately after I finished the health form. My esthetician was knowledgable, friendly, and very skilled. She answered my questions with helpful and honest answers. Because she was so good, I decided to join the monthy club, something I never would have done in the past.

Overall the staff were very friendly; the location was calm, clean, and inviting; and my masseur seemed very experienced. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in my massage room based on the manner of all the staff. And I thought the amount of time I spent receiving my massage was well worth the cost.
