It’s very difficult to get appointments anymore

Efficient check in which is important to me. My aesthetician was ready for me and did a fabulous job as always and paid attention to my skin needs.

Highly satisfied with everything except therapist time allotment. Therapist only allowed 40 minutes and it should be 50 mins. Seemed rushed in and rushed out for next client and not getting full appointment time of 50 mins. Outside massages allow and give hands on 1 hour massages 60 mins for the same price so I would like hands on for the entire 50 mins @ hand and Stone which I don’t feel is given by any of the therapists there. Reason why I alternate with outside therapists weekly. My husband and I get weekly massages and uses H&S only monthly due to this issue.

Nikki is wonderful. She is knowledgable and helpful.i have seen minor improvements in the facilities (sheets and blankets, leg cushions, face pillows).
