Professional and I like my thearpist. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean and it is always a time I can unwind. I never have to wait to be seen.

Expectations was more than I expected. The massage allowed me to relax and clear my head. The room was quiet and peaceful.

I have found an excellent massage therapist at my spa location. It’s easy to make an appointment with her using the spa’s website since I can see the days and times she’s available. Being over 65, the management allowed sufficient suspension of my membership during COVID-19 and converting most of my built up packages to gift cards to use when I felt comfortable coming back. Complaint: the spa management was extremely slow in notifying current members about price increases that started in January 2022. Official notification was received in mid-December - not even a 30 day notice. Also, prices are now structured, so any enhanced service is not covered by two packages. I prefer the 80 minute hot stone. Previous to the new price structure, two packages would cover this. Not now. Either you lose money by using 2 packages or you must pay out of pocket. I will consider this when deciding to renew my contract.

I really like Belinda she always gives a good massage and is communicative about problem areas also isn't pushy when it comes to purchasing products. She has given me good suggestions to keep up with in between massages

Lori has been doing massages for me every two weeks for several months now and I truly do not know what I would do without her. She relieves my stress and soothes my muscles for 2 hours and gets my weekends off to a great start.

As always I enjoyed my facial a lot. I also received a microderm treatment this time which felt good on my skin and I could relax a little. Love the smell of the products my esthetician is applying. Time always flies too fast. I’m longing forward to my next appointment.

When I walked in, the receptionists greeted me by name and were super friendly. Grace, my esthetician, is amazing at her job. She remembers my comments from my previous appointment and always takes time to address my new concerns! Everyone is just so nice and welcoming. It definitely makes my week when I go!
