Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and informative.! I had Colton as my therapist, in which he was very friendly, and highly professional.! I left feeling relief, and relaxed.!! Already booked a second session!

From the moment I walked in I instantly felt relaxed. I can’t remember the name of my massage therapist but she was amazing. She recommended what I could do in between appointments to increase mobility and help my muscles.

Cynthia was amazing! Would recommend her to anyone wanting a massage - so knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and gave the best massage I have ever had!

I love this location so much. I brought my husband and a friend of ours on this visit. I brought my husband to a different spa in the past for a couples massage and I wasnt a fan because they left the lights all the way up and there was no spa music, they didn't discuss our needs with us before the massage and the therapists spoke to each other the entire time (note I am talking about the hand and stone in Harbison, not the hand and stone on cross hill). My husband didn't want to go back after that and didn't understand why I go so often. Hand and stone at cross hill with Lori and David was fantastic and changed my husband's opinion. Now he understands why I enjoy going. Lori and David addressed our needs so well. The ambiance was perfect. The room size was great and cozy. I love this location so very much. We have a fantastic experience.

Belinda is the absolute best! I love coming to see her. She knows me, what pressure I like, and my typical problem areas. She's truly a gem!
