TJ was the most thorough therapist I have ever had. This is the first time in my life that I did not leave a massage with my nose congested. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.

I believe that the quality of the massages I have received at H&S are worth the price. I’ve seen they’re different therapists since starting my membership and they were all skilled. Also, I’ve tried the hot stones and cupping therapy and all were nice. Now that I’ve been getting massages regularly, I feel like I’ve gotten my perfect “recipe” down. My back has felt much better since going to H&S.
