Hand and Stone

I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and it was this coupled with the high level of concern for both clients and employees that allowed me to feel comfortable continuing my massages during the COVID pandemic. My massage therapist is very concerned with cleanliness and remembers from month to month the issues that I have reported. Her concern for my comfort and my health are particularly gratifiying. I believe that these massages have helped me deal with arthritic changes in my neck and back.

Dee was great and answered all my questions.

My therapist was wonderful! She did a great job and was very personable. I definitely enjoyed the experience. However, I wish I realized that when using more than one package at a time, I was losing money. I used 3 packages, the extra 2 being worth $30. Since I pay more than that each month, I definitely lost out. Using extra credits should be worth the same amount as was already paid.

I love Hand and Stone. It’s always so relaxing and the front desk staff is so welcoming. The massage is normally exactly what is needed, but if it’s not the staff works over time to figure out your needs.
