Hand and Stone

While I was satisfied with my recent massage experience, I am not satisfied with the membership price increase. Additionally, I would like a 60 or 90 min experience, not a 50 or 80 min allowing for dressing (which takes 3-4 min's and consultation which takes 2-3 min). My husband and I recently cancelled our membership after several years of great experiences because of the membership increases. When we originally signed up for the membership (years ago) we were under the impression that our monthly price was locked in. Unfortunately, this is not the case and because of the price increase we have decided to cancel our memberships.

The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My services ran on time and I enjoyed them all. It is a clean and healthy environment

massage was great. waivng the membership program entry fee made the membership attainable. looking forward to going back for monthly massages and facials.

My aesthetician was nice, friendly and explained some add-on services I asked about. She didn't make me feel bad for choosing the less expensive one.
