I have had nothing but positive experiences in my visits to Hand and Stone. The friendliness of the staff and the positive ambiance of the lobby and massage rooms has always had a positive effect on me that enhanced the experience of the actual massage. I have used two of the therapists and both were very good, though I do have a favorite. Since I can only book for Sundays, my only day in Denver, it can take a while to get appointments scheduled due to demand, but I take it as a sign of what a great job the therapist does. The only thing even slightly negative is that the front desk person hasn't always followed through with promised actions that required a manager, which has led to my monthly membership fee being denied by the bank since the new card number didn't get entered. It has happened twice.

This was the first facial I have ever received and I was pleasantly surprised how my skin felt and looked afterwards. The esthetician was so friendly and made me comfortable. I am sold now on getting a facial monthly due to the the esthetician and my results.

Natsu is awesome. I don't even need to tell her my problem areas and she finds them. She has great technique and of all the people I have used for massages at this location I think she is the best. The only thing is she is so good I have to schedule a month out in order to get an appointment with her. She is so friendly and remembers our conversations from our visit at the next visit when I see her again.

Garrison and Bri are very nice and I always look forward to coming in for my monthly appointment!

I really enjoyed my time that day to get away and relax from everyday living my body was well massaged and my body was relaxed and well satisfied.

The massage therapist was educated, knowledgeable, personable and did a great job with the massage. The ambience was nice, down to the rocks in the sink in the bathroom. I would've liked the massage oil to smell better.

I had an appointment for a massage and facial. About 20 minutes before the massage, 8 called and said I was running 20 minutes late. I asked them to rebook the massage with someone else if possible. They were able to do that so I did not have to pay for a massage I was going to mostly going to miss. I really appreciated that.
