I always appreciate the customer service from everyone I encounter at the spa. My massage therapist, Ken, is always attentive and listens to my areas of concern. The spa is convenient, clean and organized. I never worry that my experience will be any different than wonderful.

My therapist applied firm pressure as requested. I felt the muscles in my low back release and 2 days later my back feels great. I would return.

Charles was very gentle, nurturing, and very respectful of my body. I felt so relaxed, almost groggy, after my massage. I am typically an anxious person, so it felt wonderful to be this relaxed.

Ethan did a good job. He is also very cute and friendly. The temperature and everything was nice. Everything was good and professional. Not sure what else I can say here; I have no critiques.
