Hand and Stone

I had a long time 4:00 appointment. I was called at 3:15 and asked to come in. I was in the neighborhood so I got there within 10 minutes. Then I sat and waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes. Neither therapist nor receptionist acknowledged that I had arrived as asked but then service was delayed.

was made so feel very comfortable, facial was exactly what I expected, great service from check-in ,buying product to walking out the door.

I love my facials and massages. I think it is good value for the money.

The esthetician was friendly and made it a priority to inform me of her plan for the session. After assessing my skin she made some recommendations and asked how I would like to proceed. Very relaxing experience.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly. This is my third facial with Carlie (sp?) and I will keep returning. She is warm and friendly but not overly talkative, and I really feel she addresses my skin's needs. I leave feeling so relaxed, and my skin feels great for days.

Ive been coming here for a couple years and love the location ,staff and cleanliness. I always feel relaxed when i leave.
