I've always enjoyed the relaxation when coming to Hand & Stone. I apologize to my esthetician for falling asleep at times because I'm just so relaxed. She is a professional is every way. From asking me how my skin is doing to the treatments that we both agree on. I look forward coming once a month for my facials.

It is extremely difficult to book appointments online, especially with a gift card. Policies/bookings are difficult for returning customers with little incentive to return. You have aggressive cancellation policies if customers are to cancel but cancel appointments with little notice to customers with no alternatives or apologies.

Overall service is relaxing and professional

The massage therapist asked if I needed any particular area of my body addressed. She was able to work those areas with good result. After my massage I felt wonderfully relaxed.

I had a stressful week at work and was really looking forward to this massage. So being able to walk in, sign a quick form, and get right into the room was perfect. I really enjoyed my back being massaged as that is an area I keep most, if not all my stress. So when I left I felt great!
