The staff was wonderful. The therapist was attentive and engaging in the beginning to make sure that all questions and concerns were addressed. Afterwards, the therapist made sure to explain what to do for the remainder of the day. The checkout process was quick and very simple with a great staff.

Welcomed by reception staff as soon as I entered. They were all very courteous and professional. My massage therapist, Kim, was, as usual, an expert at relieving my specific aches. She listened to my concerns, and addressed those areas for an extended period. Another outstanding experience - will certainly return!
