I love the front desk girls. My last few estheticians have been amazing! Only thing is I have been wanting a lip product that has been CONSISTENTLY out of stock.

Spa is very clean. Reception girls are very nice and helpful. Mellisa gives the best facials ever!!

My experience was great! For your business improvement, please inform the lobby staff that they could be heard laughing while I was in my massage room. You may want to reinforce the door or move your massage rooms further from lobby.

I was very satisfied that my mom and me could book an appt at same time, previously this was complicated and one of the reasons we cancelled our membership. The new massage therapist we both had were great and our massage experience great due to new massage styles the therapists offfered. The therapists applied some new techniques that truly focused on our problem areas more than before and they were so friendly. I also enjoyed seeing all the new options you have to offer like pumpkin facials, I will try next time.

The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they are intentionally so soft spoken when I talk to them because it adds to the calming and welcoming ambiance of the reception room. The staff are always super professional while each adding their own signature touches or recommendations, which has made each experience unique. The only downside for me personally is the cost which has recently increased, however I will continue to be a member because I highly value the services that hand and stone offers. I always leave in a much better state mentally and physically and look forward to each visit.
