My esthetician is very professional and kind! She makes me feel comfortable and always leaves me wanting to try more facials every time. She explains the process and what am getting done before she does it . I am very satisfied with her and will continue to go .

It addresses my need

Melissa is always amazing. I’m very disappointed that she is leaving. The receptionists were friendly but they quietly, although I could hear them, spoke ill of another staff member. I found this distasteful.

It took some time to find an esthetician that fit my needs at hand and stone. Now that I have found one, I feel like she addresses my needs and is gentle. She did an amazing job!

This was my first time doing a massage for relaxation vs. rehab, and it was so great! I was nervous about where to go and about feeling uncomfortable, but the Hand and Stone facility was clean and the staff was amazing. Tasha did a great job making sure I felt comfortable to speak up if needed during my appointment and made the experience so relaxing!
