Hand and Stone

Just walking into the spa, I feel relaxed with the scent, dimmed lighting, etc. Melissa was very knowledgeable and gave me a wonderful facial. I am a return client for Melissa, and I usually book with her unless she is booked up for a couple of weeks. I will definitely be back to the Tustin Hand and Stone.

I had a pain in my left arm. Moon was able to fit in working on the knot in my arm, while still providing a relaxing overall experience.

My experience was great! For your business improvement, please inform the lobby staff that they could be heard laughing while I was in my massage room. You may want to reinforce the door or move your massage rooms further from lobby.

I was very satisfied that my mom and me could book an appt at same time, previously this was complicated and one of the reasons we cancelled our membership. The new massage therapist we both had were great and our massage experience great due to new massage styles the therapists offfered. The therapists applied some new techniques that truly focused on our problem areas more than before and they were so friendly. I also enjoyed seeing all the new options you have to offer like pumpkin facials, I will try next time.
