Hand and Stone

The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they are intentionally so soft spoken when I talk to them because it adds to the calming and welcoming ambiance of the reception room. The staff are always super professional while each adding their own signature touches or recommendations, which has made each experience unique. The only downside for me personally is the cost which has recently increased, however I will continue to be a member because I highly value the services that hand and stone offers. I always leave in a much better state mentally and physically and look forward to each visit.

The esthetician Genesis (not sure spelling). Was amazing. She provided great feedback on how to move forward to improve and keep my skin healthy. I did sign up for monthly and hope that I can make my appts with her. Very satisfied

Felt respected. My comfort was very important to her. The front desk people were friendly. Been to other places and they were snooty. This place I feel is the right place for everyone. I want to get a facial. I’ve had a lot and I’d like to compare.

I am very satisfied the massage service on September 22. I enjoyed the aroma in the massage room. I appreciate Mioon very much. Moon introduced hot stones massage which I have not experienced before. I really enjoyed my massage session with Moon. I definitely will book Moon for my next massage appointment.

I was greeted in a friendly matter when I arrived. I did not feel rushed with her questions I had. My appt time was very accurate
