i love hand and stone's option of facials or massages with the membership. i think the membership is decently priced. my only issue with hand and stone is that it's not easy to book appointments online. it's easy to book when you call though so that works nicely.

Upon entering the lobby area the ambiance is great, smells like a fresh spa and the lighting is just right. The ladies at front desk is very accommodating and attentive and knows their job well. Melissa the Esthetician is very knowledgeable and is spot on about the treatments I need and I usually let her tell me what I need to get done based on her inspection of my skin. Her whole process is very calming and you can tell she is a pro at what she does. I really like how she tells me what she is applying and doing to my face and what it does at each stage. What also makes her great is her positive attitude. She has good energy which is important to me because someones energy can really affect the experience.
