Melissa is the best and she explains everything. The location is great and the facility is very clean. I love that there are Sunday appointments.

Melissa is the reason I continue to come to H&S for my facials. I have taken my massages to Burke Williams because they're only $20 more and that includes the wonderful amenities.

The massage therapist used good amount of pressure to relieve tense muscles. I have had a difficult time finding someone that could help tension, but he was exactly what I needed. I have been a member for years, and I finally quit because it was not worth the money...but now I might need to make another appointment with this massage therapist!

My facial at Hand and Stone was wonderful. I inquired about microdermabrasion and was able to change to a Diamond Glow facial. Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions and addressing my needs.

Only bad thing is the AC in the lobby was blowing excessively and was freezing. I didn’t ask the receptionist about it. Figured I’d only be there a few minutes so no big deal. Everything else was wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful. I loved that the sign up fee for membership was waived and membership not charged right away. My esthe, Melissa, was very professional and personable, had a great touch and did an expert job on my skin. She’s the reason I bought membership and will be back often.
