The receptionists are always very welcoming and friendly. I also have not had a bad experience with any facials or massages since coming. I’ve only have one issue with booking since being a member

Hand & Stone was amazing!! I had an appointment for a facial with Mary. She was the best. I love the music, I love the scent of the candle when I walked in. The receptionist named Monserrath was very friendly. She went out of her way to explain everything to me. I am so excited I signed up for the membership, can’t wait to come every month! Thank you.

I’m disappointed that the prices has risen again.

I'm always satisfied with my massages at Hand & Stone. Appointments are easy to make and readily available. Everyone is very nice and professional.

Moon did a great job with my massage. She recommended great products and I enjoyed my salt stone and CBD massage. The front desk staff were friendly and remembered me when I hadn't been to the facility in almost a year.

Only issue is the candle lit in the reception area. I’m allergic and it very overwhelming smell. Other then that all is well!
