I absolutely love Hand & Stone. I have been coming for some time now and, while I did have to deactivate my membership for a bit to make room for other financial commitments, it was my goal to get back on with my membership because the quality and relaxation this place gives me is worth it! So glad to be back and so thankful for the staff and wonderful professionals making it a great experience each time! Thanks for everything, team! This latest visit, Melissa, I believe, did my facial. She was wonderful! Thanks again! :)

I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of my massage therapist Kevin. He asks questions, and remembers what we worked on last. Either to continue working on an issue or to try a new service. I wish he had times available later in the evenings.

I had a wonderful and relaxing 2 hour massage. Kevin worked all the sore and stiff areas. I walked away relaxed and feeling so much better. Can't wait for my next massage.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The massage therapist was thorough and pleasant. The overall facility was clean and relaxing. It was my very first visit and I will be back.

The quality of service, the personal care and quality products used that I received. I especially enjoyed the knowledge and personal attention my aesthetician gave me. The relaxing atmosphere.

Amber discussed skin issues with me. She gave me options and the cost. Then tailored the treatment according to my request. Amber did a great job and it was a great way to end a stressful week.

I Always feel welcome by the staff. Most of the time I’m very satisfied with the massage and facial services. The reception staff always try their best to accommodate the service I want.

Amber was my therapist and she was excellent. Unfortunately, I need to cancel my membership due to appointment availability. I may pay the 'going rate' in the future if Amber were to become available. As a business owner, I understand turnover, but It has really effected getting any real traction with a regular therapist.
