Everyone was friendly and professional and did not have to wait for my appointment. They called me right on time.

This is the third time that I have had the pleasure of having Kimmi as my massage therapist. She is so knowledgeable and makes sure I am comfortable with the pressure she is using throughout the massage. She is the BEST!!!

This was my first time getting a massage like this. The stones were so relaxing and satisfying. I haven’t had any neck pain since I’ve had this massage and I went home and have been sleeping like a baby!

I use to have a memebership but moved & no H & S near me. This was a bday treat while on vacay. My therapist cassandra was fabulous in all ways.

My therapist was excellent and would definitely book her again. Wil be coming back again shortly for continued service.
