Friendly reception My skin always looks and feels wonderful after my facial with Amy. I have been having regular facials since I was in my 30s and Amy's facials are in the top 5%! One negative comment is that the 1st bathroom has needed either a new toilet seat or else the current toilet seat needs to be tightened up so it doesn't slide left and right. It's been like this for many, many months.

Everyone was very friendly! The only problem I had was rescheduling my appointment for my massage. I had booked the night before after my facial and realize I couldn’t really make it the next day so when I called to reschedule they said they had to charge me and I don’t think it’s fair due to the short time I had to do so.

I always enjoy how easy it is to book and check in for each appointment. I also like how the therapy rooms are low lit and always feel clean. Everyone has always been friendly and willing to try to make the experience the best it can be.

Just by entering, you can sense the professionalism and clean atmosphere. I received a facial spa, guided step by step by, questions and recommendations. Technician was very knowledgeable.
