Satisfied my needs

My therapist was Sandra. She alone is the reason I had to reassess my budget to make sure I could return for a membership. I have severe chronic pain for over ten years and so far she is the only masseuse who was capable of targeting my pain properly. She truly listens and is a wizard with knowing where you need more work. I require mostly very firm pressure and she is a tiny petite woman but has better firm pressure than any big burly man I’ve had attempt. She is such a star. The front desk staff here is the also the best I’ve ever experienced at a hand and stone. I moved across the country and have been to locations in different states. I may not be able to afford the membership always but I will always be back as soon as I can. Such a lovely experience.

I appreciate that the receptionists recognize both my husband and I and check us in as we are walking through the door. Kim is amazing and always listens to my areas of concerns and dedicates time to work on those, and my husband always says Rachel helps him relax so much he has to apologize if he snores!

Austin listens to my needs. He asked my focus and I mentioned to avoid one thumb and focus on my left neck. He needed no reminder. He even applied moist heat which he didn't have to do.

Everything is fine at Hand and Stone. I love, love, love, my therapist Kim. She is very skilled at her profession. The only comment worth mentioning is the fact that the leather on the furniture in reception is cracking and split. Chairs need to be replaced. My suggestion from years in the furniture industry is to purchase leather on furniture that is color permeated for long lasting use. The current leather on the chairs will lead to constant dryness and splitting issues.

I was relaxed after my massage. The reception checked me in without asking my name. They know us since we have been members for 4 years.

As always, Austin did an outstanding job. I only wish (as I do every visit) that this location still offered 80-minute sessions — it's one continuing disappointment.

I was treated with respect, confidence and knowledge of what and where I needed treatment. Informed on what I needed to do to improve my overall skin. Knowledge of the products that were going to be use. Also, the different treatments available to improve certain areas.
