Hand and Stone

I drive 45-50 min to Hand & Stone, even though there is now one 15 min from me. I do this because of Daphne, my therapist. She is amazing. Always listens to my needs and fulfills my expectations. SHE is the reason I return! :)

Krystal changed my life! The improvement on my skin is so noticeable that even casual acquaintances and coworkers I rarely see have commented on it. And not in a “omg your skin has improved so much” way but in a “of course they didn’t card you, your skin is flawless” kinda way.

I’ve had a membership Since July, and so far I’ve had no issues. Everyone including the massage therapist, Josh are very friendly.

I was a satisfied Massage Envy customer for years. However, recently, it became more and more difficult to schedule an appointment that worked for my schedule, unless I booked it weeks in advance. Sometimes you need a session sooner rather than later! So, I finally quit ME. On Sunday 10/29, in the evening, I was telling my wife about how I could really use a massage session for all of my tension. She suggested I check out Hand & Stone. I was thrilled went I went to the website, and I was able to book a session for the very next day, at the very time I was hoping for. And then, the in-person experience was great. The facility was clean, the staff were very nice, and my therapist gave me a perfectly balanced massage -- spent enough time on my problem areas, but also efficiently provided a thorough experience. I was so impressed I signed up for the Healthy Lifestyle Program before I left. Thank you!

I am very satisfied with Katherine’s facials. Also, the front desk was finally able to show my membership in the app which is much easier when it comes to booking. Everyone is friendly and they try to accommodate what I need.
