Very clean, very relaxing and the massage therapist was absolutely fantastic

My massage therapist, Austin, is extremely knowledgeable and listens to my needs to relieve pain. I actually only come to this hand and stone because of him. The receptionist area is missing Jill. She was amazing!

Receptionist logged me in right away. Was pleased I did not have to re-input data from my last visit since it was the same. Was taken back for massage on time, maybe even early. The massueuse was friendly and competent.

Rae is excellent. Listened to my comments before we began. Good pressure.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful from the minute I walked in. I had pretty much no wait , my massage therapist was amazing. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well as the massage .

I find the overall staff at Hand and Stone at the Loop to be welcoming and knowledgeable. The massage therapist, Kim, is highly skilled in her trade. She definitely knows her stuff!
