I love the recognition and friendliness from the receptionist... we're barely walking through the door and they have already checked us in (they know us as regulars I guess). Kim is super pleasant, listens to my needs and tailors the massage to my needs. She always makes sure the pressure is just right and that I relax during my appointment.

I enjoy my estheticians knowledge of products that will work for me. And my masseuses attention to detail. I also enjoy the products recommended to me and I don’t feel pressured to make purchases or upgrades
