I made my first visit to your location yesterday. I decided to try a new location before making a decision to leave Hand & Stone. I had been using the Lake Nona location and had become very unhappy with the services, attitude and location. I am so glad I tried you- wow you solved ALL of my issues with the way you run your location! The parking is great, the front desk staff is amazingly friendly yet super efficient , the waiting area is pleasant and my massage was great. I am so happy I made that change to Kissimmee.
