Kim was friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and helped to relief tension in my neck.

After my massage there were several people at the desk who were very loud. It was not a good way to sit and relax a bit before going to my car, and a bit annoying. It is not my normal experience. I like to sit and sip my water before I go back into the noise and heat of the outside and adjust my eyes to the light. It would be appropriate to ask the receptionists at the desk to attempt to keep their voices and the customers they are speaking with at a reasonable level for the others waiting in the room.
