Kim was great. She asked questions to learn about where I needed the massage and offered suggestions on things that I could do to feel better. She kept the appointment on time and the pressure that she used was perfect.

I am always satisfied with my services, however my only concern is I am not immediately taken in, nor do I get the full 1 hours. My therapist is excellent.

I always have a great experience at Hand & Stone Kissimmee. I've had a favorite massage therapist for a long time now, but I have not had a favorite esthetician until now. Tina was awesome and thoroughly explained each step. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some great tips on my at-home skin care. I will definitely be booking more appointments with Tina in the future.
