Pleased with knowledgeable reception staff that are eager to please on all occasions. Extremely satisfied with Massage Therapist Kim who works sufficiently on my target areas of concern. She applies pressure throughout the treatment that is perfect for my needs. My only complaint is that I have to get up off of the massage table. The massage is so therapeutic that it's difficult to for it to come to an end.

The esthetician Celine was amazing and exceed my expectations but after an amazing experience when was time to pay for my services there was no much knowledge from check out customer service and she try to charged me $80 extra for a service that was covered with a gift card that she knew since the beginning of the appointment.

Kim always goes a great job. She always ask if I’m comfortable and if I have any places she needs to give extra attention too. I always look forward to my visits. I joined this spa when it opened years ago and have enjoyed my experiences.
