Daphne has worked with me for the last month on a severe issue and it’s working! I love her and her determination to solve a problem. This not the first time either. She is wonderful!

Joshua is very good. He gives a relaxing but effective massage.

I have an old back and knee injury and this relieved some of the swelling and pain. The therapist was knowledgeable. 50 minutes goes by too fast is my only complaint.

My therapist Rae was timely. Asked me areas to focus on during the massage. She made sure that I was comfortable during the massage.

The lvl of professionalism at my local H&S is tremendously high. This is true for everyone involved in the process. Great Job by all involved!
