Hand and Stone

I’ve had shoulder and arm pain for over a year. My therapist told me to raise my computer monitors. She didn’t even ask about them- she just knew they were too low by the feel of my muscles. I’ve put off buying stands to raise the monitors, but I just bought them. I feel better already and loved it so much, I signed up for a membership.

My therapist’s name was Tia and the hand and stone in ballantyne on lancaster. She did a wonderful job, focused on areas that were bothering me and used good pressure! Will schedule with her again.

I barely go to Ballantyne due to the distance from my home. However, everyone I spoke with was amazing at this facility, from booking my appointment, the front staff and my massage therapist. It was my first prenatal at H&S and my massage therapist took the time to share the benefits for me, what would happen (since it is different than normal) and made me feel very at ease.

The location had a nice ambiance in the waiting room. Check in was quick and receptionists were attentive. The room was quiet.

Everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming and professional. The location has a relaxing, spa-like feel to it. My massage therapist did an amazing job with the amount of pressure and focusing on my tight spots while making sure I still received a full body massage.

I would like to recognize Daya for an outstanding service she provided. This was the second time I have done the cupping with my massage. Since I was not familiar with this service the first time, I did not realize that the masseuse that I had the first time did not know what she was doing. Because Daya did such a great job I feel I got my monies worth at this visit, but also feel that I did not receive my mo one’s worth at my first cupping session.

I always leave relaxed & happy after my massage & look forward tp my next one!! :)
