I gave my friend a gift card and she made an appointment the same day and time I went. She was not too happy about the 3 times they contact her trying to charge her appointment. Also, front desk was not so helpful when she needed to buy some crema and couldn’t find. They were more concerned abo it selling her a membership. I never had a problem there , but for her , being a guest , she was not happy

The front desk staff are always extremely friendly, attentive and efficient during my check-in and check-out process. My massage therapist, Ryean, whom I regularly go to, is exceptional. She listens to what I need worked on each session and is always on time.
