Hand and Stone

Being the first time visiting a Hand & Stone, it was a great experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by all staff that were super helpful during our check in process. During our couples massage, we were highly satisfied due to the ambiance of the room, pressure of therapist, and use of hot stones. My husband left asking "why havent we done this sooner?"

My only complaint is having to do the ridiculous check in I-pad forms EVERYTIME I come in. Why do members have to do this every time? You have our info on file. It's annoying to have to sign those forms every visit. Make that go away! It will make check-in so much more efficient!

I was very happy with my experience at hand and stone. I was grateful that the receptionist suggested the treatment that I ended up having, and I loved it. My service provider was very informative and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning for the same service.

Randlyn gave me the BEST facial I have ever had. She us super knowledgeable in skincare and recommended treatments base in my skins needs….the front desk was super friendly and helpful

The receptionists were amazing. They were very friendly and personable. The enestititian was very knowledgeable, kind, and great at her job. My concerns were addressed. My questions were answered and I was satisfied with my experience. The front lobby could use a bit of a face lift. And prices are beginning to be a bit high
