I stay with Hand and Stone because of the technician. She is the best. The front desk has improved lately as there seems to be more staff. But at times it is very congested and not pleasant. That darn form wastes time checking in. One day a floater helped out with check in. Like Chic-Fil-A. That helped. Check in and check out and appointment making at the counter is the weak link.

The aesthetician was very knowledgeable about products and procedures. I asked several questions and she was able to recommend different procedures or products for My Minutes. She was very friendly, and there was good conversation, but not overly talkative.
