The massage started in a timely manner. There was proper focus put on the areas of my back that felt tense. I plan on returning soon as I've already scheduled my next appointment.

My facial was awesome and very relaxing and the lady doing the facial was very knowledgeable and took her time to make me feel pampered. :)

Chris Thelen has been my massage therapist since I began my membership. He is professional and very personable. He is an excellent massage therapist and a wonderful and interesting conversationalist. I always look forward to my massage and conversation with Chris.

My massage therapist knows me and I have appointments booked. My second therapist is good too. I don’t want to be disappointed with a massage at a closer HS because I don’t know the masseuse. I don’t know how easy it is to switch locations
