I absolutely love Randilyn - she is FANTASTIC! I am not satisfied that I have to remember to ask for a detailed receipt to be emailed to me, that should be an automatic. I am not a fan of not seeing the breakdown of charges each visit; I know that's why I'm not automatically given a receipt and it goes to the card on file. This should not be allowed.

Always welcomed with pleasant staff. The therapists work on my problematic areas. I feel very relaxed during massage and feel the therapists listen well

Going to H&S is always a seamless and calming experience. I know what to expect and my experience matches it. Overall the pricing for a massage is very reasonable and part of my stress management routine.

Mely is wonderful, and is the main reason I still have a membership. The issues I've experienced always come from the reception desk. There are always new girls (which tells me turnover is high) and they are continuously making mistakes when booking my appointments. In this past appointment, though, they were much better. My issue was that I not only had to sign the usual disclosure form (which is already tedious to have to complete with every single visit) but I also had to refill my profile and health history information out, which took some time and delayed my appointment. Had they told me ahead of my scheduled time, I would've at least tried to show up early to allow more space, but instead it delayed everything. It's not even clear why filling out the form again was needed. Simply put, there are too many forms during the checkin process.

Very nice people at this location. From my message to my facial they both were amazing and made me feel amazing.
