Vanessa is GREAT!!!! I do wish the ipad questionnaire would go away. As members we have already agreed to terms. It would be nice to just check in and not have to sign a bunch of stuff. Also, if I purchase a gift card, it should not be kept on file in my account unless I specify it is for me. It has caused several mix ups for my friends. You should have to swipe the actual gift card for payment at the time of service.
